My husband did not want to go to embers because he thought it was a chain. After researching stove shops around us I just didn't feel comfortable going anywhere else AND embers is family owned!!! They were so nice and helpful in the store and out of the store. After measuring our hearth again when we got home we needed to change the stove to meet requirements. This was all done over the phone in a matter of seconds. I had a great experience here and I'd recommend them to anyone I know!!
